Development permit application has been submitted to City of Kelowna
Callahan Property Group has submitted the Development Permit application for the retail development at Gordon Drive and Frost Road near Canyon Falls Middle School.
The village centre has undergone significant review and consideration over the past several years to land on the design submitted to the City. The village will include a desirable mix of tenants to meet the daily shopping needs of the community. The thoughtfully designed development takes inspiration from its natural environment and surrounding area and offers a pleasing space for the community to gather and connect.
Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft.
Roof installation and painting is currently in process.
