Development permit application has been submitted to City of Kelowna
Callahan Property Group has submitted the Development Permit application for the retail development at Gordon Drive and Frost Road near Canyon Falls Middle School.
The village centre has undergone significant review and consideration over the past several years to land on the design submitted to the City. The village will include a desirable mix of tenants to meet the daily shopping needs of the community.
