Construction Update: 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft. 


Roof installation and painting is currently in process. 


The tilt-up took place mid-July (VIDEO).


245 Beaver Lake Court is the fourth building at Kelowna’s new 35-acre industrial development. Leasing is available with different sizing options:

The buildings are energy efficient to reduce operating costs and the features of the new industrial units are ideally suited for warehouse space or logistics uses: ± 28 foot clear ceiling height, dock and grade loading, large loading zone allowing ’53 ft trailer circulation, and direct access to Highway 97.

Construction Update: Beaver Lake Road Development

The development of Building 3 is on schedule for delivery in Spring 2021. ± 60,865 sq. ft. of new industrial space under construction.

Building 1 and Building 2 at the 35-acre new industrial park are fully leased. Callahan Property Group is now pre-leasing Building-3 for possession in early 2021.
