Construction Update: 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft. 


Roof installation and painting is currently in process. 


The tilt-up took place mid-July (VIDEO).


245 Beaver Lake Court is the fourth building at Kelowna’s new 35-acre industrial development. Leasing is available with different sizing options:

The buildings are energy efficient to reduce operating costs and the features of the new industrial units are ideally suited for warehouse space or logistics uses: ± 28 foot clear ceiling height, dock and grade loading, large loading zone allowing ’53 ft trailer circulation, and direct access to Highway 97.

Industrial Leasing in Kelowna on 240 Beaver Lake Court

Callahan Property Group is currently developing the second building on the 35-acre lot at 240 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna. Units of ± 10,000 sq. ft. and up are available for possession in December 2020.
