Construction Update | 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sf state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sf. 


Roof installation and painting is currently in process. 


The tilt-up took place mid-July (VIDEO).

The buildings are energy efficient to reduce operating costs and the features of the new industrial units are ideally suited for warehouse space or logistics uses: ± 28 foot clear ceiling height, dock and grade loading, large loading zone allowing ’53 ft trailer circulation, and direct access to Highway 97.
