Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft.
Roof installation and painting is currently in process.

The buildings are energy efficient to reduce operating costs and the features of the new industrial units are ideally suited for warehouse space or logistics uses: ± 28 foot clear ceiling height, dock and grade loading, large loading zone allowing ’53 ft trailer circulation, and direct access to Highway 97.
