Construction Update: 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft. 

Roof installation and painting is currently in process.

New Industrial: Construction for Building 2 underway, Building 1 fully leased

Last month Callahan Property Group started construction for Building 2 on Beaver Lake Road in Kelowna. The second building of the 35-acre industrial development is scheduled for delivery by the end of this year. New tenants could take possession as early as November 2020.
