New Tenant: Kindersley Transport

Callahan Property Group is pleased to welcome new tenant Kindersley Transport to Kelowna’s newest industrial park. The logistics company is located at 245 Beaver Lake Court, leasing the two center units of the ± 44,400 sq. ft. state-of-the-art industrial facility.

Callahan Property Group is pleased to announce a new tenant at the 35-acre new industrial park in North Kelowna. 245 Beaver Lake Court is now home to Canadian logistics company The Rosedale Group.

THE ROSEDALE GROUP offers comprehensive transportation and warehousing services that span Canada and extend into the United States. The privately-held, family-owned company started with a fleet of one truck and two customers and is today an 800-employee operation with a fleet of 40 straight trucks, 500 tractors and 1,300 trailers. Construction Update: 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft. 

Roof installation and painting is currently in process.

245 Beaver Lake Court is the fourth building at Kelowna’s new 35-acre industrial development. Leasing is available with different sizing options:

The buildings are energy efficient to reduce operating costs and the features of the new industrial units are ideally suited for warehouse space or logistics uses: ± 28 foot clear ceiling height, dock and grade loading, large loading zone allowing ’53 ft trailer circulation, and direct access to Highway 97.
