As construction of Mission Village at the Ponds steadily progresses, we are thrilled to announce the addition of two exciting new tenants who will enrich the retail experience within our vibrant retail village. Joining the ranks of anchor tenants Save-on-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Dollarama, these newcomers promise to elevate the community’s shopping and lifestyle experience even further.

Ponds Liquor Store

Ponds Liquor Store, situated at 1050 Frost Road on the northeast side of Mission Village at the Ponds property, is set to become a sought-after destination for those in search of an exquisite selection of spirits, beers, wines, and more. The store boasts a spacious area of approximately ± 5,000 sq. ft. The team behind the Ponds Liquor Store is working diligently on the interior design to ensure that customers are greeted with an atmosphere that complements the distinctive exterior aesthetic of Mission Village at the Ponds upon opening.

Upper Mission Dental

Joining the lineup of esteemed tenants at Mission Village at the Ponds is Upper Mission Dental, a premier dental clinic that will deliver exemplary oral health care services to the community. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Jennifer Drever and Dr. Michael J. Webster, located at 980 Frost Road. The team at Upper Mission Dental is actively working on a family-friendly, visually stunning design that mirrors the distinctive charm of Mission Village at the Ponds. Upper Mission Dental will offer world-class dental care for the entire family in a relaxing environment, offering aesthetic dentistry, minimal and no-prep veneers, Botox, dental implants, and sedation options catered to the community’s needs.

Anticipated Opening

Fountain Tire selects Kelowna as location for new Distribution Centre

Callahan Property Group is excited to announce that Fountain Tire at 215 Beaver Lake Court is now fully operational. Their ± 83,650 sq. ft. building is one of Fountain Tire’s largest distribution centres in Western Canada.

Callahan Property Group takes pride in its dedication to working closely with tenants to understand and meet their evolving needs. For Fountain Tire, it was essential to customize the space to meet specific requirements, which is crucial in the specialized field of tire warehousing.

Kevin LeMercier, Director, Warehouse Operations at Fountain Tire, gave high praise for outstanding efforts in addressing their unique requirements: “Callahan Property Group had a thorough understanding of our specific needs and provided assistance in sourcing external resources wherever necessary.”

Fountain Tire had a positive experience throughout the leasing process and described it as “extremely collaborative.” LeMercier emphasized that the Callahan team was equally invested in their success and appreciated the clear lines of communication, regular update meetings, provision of construction progress pictures, and prompt responses to inquiries.

Mission Village at the Ponds welcomes Dollarama as Anchor Tenant

Callahan Property Group is thrilled to announce Dollarama as the latest major retailer to join Mission Village at the Ponds, located at Frost Road and Gordon Drive in the Mission. This well-established and renowned brand is set to occupy ± 9,750 sq. ft., solidifying its position as another anchor tenant, alongside Save-on-Foods and Shoppers Drug Mart as the third anchor in the retail complex.

Not only is Dollarama a significant draw for shoppers but it will also play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape of the area. There are currently no comparable stores in the various neighbourhoods served by Mission Village, making Dollarama a considerable addition to the community.

With a wide range of products and unbeatable prices, Dollarama adds a valuable layer of variety to the tenant mix, enhancing the overall shopping experience for residents. The construction of the retail development is progressing rapidly, with the site taking on a new shape almost daily. We have paved the majority of the site, landscaping has started, and construction of Dollarama’s building is underway.
