Tenant News: Lordco Auto Parts moves to Highway 97 & celebrates with grand opening

Callahan Property Group is pleased to announce that tenant Lordco Auto Parts has moved to a new location within our portfolio. The retailer of auto parts and accessories has relocated to 1540 Keehn Road, off Highway 97, one block from Highway 33. The space was previously home to Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Lordco Auto Parts moved from 1656 Dilworth Drive, off Enterprise Way and has been a tenant with Callahan Property Group at this location since 1996. The new store is ± 30,000 sq. ft and merges their two smaller operations at 1656 Dilworth Drive and 125 Hwy 33 in Rutland.

THE LARGER STORE MEANS that Lordco Auto Parts is able to increase the number of products on display, and provide an array of in-store services, including curbside pick-up, hose repair, paint mixing & matching, and battery recycling with battery purchase. The new location provides greater exposure to drive-by traffic, easier access and more parking for customers.

Lordco Auto Parts is Western Canada’s largest distributor and retailer of aftermarket auto parts and accessories. The business is family-owned and family-operated and sells everything for car, truck, RV and more. Lordco Auto Parts opened their first doors in 1974 in Maple Ridge (BC). They quickly established a reputation within the community for selling quality auto parts and for offering excellent customer service.

Lordco Auto Parts is celebrating its move to the new location with a grand opening for its customers and the general public on July 23rd from 10 am to 4 pm. The Milwaukee Tool Van is on-site, outfitted top to bottom with Milwaukee products…a dream workshop on wheels. Burgers will be served hot off the Car-BQ, a car converted into a barbecue, some cool cars will be on display in the parking lot, and visitors can enter a draw to win a Rock the Lake at Prospera Place prize pack, including two three-day festival passes.

Stay up to date on Lordco Auto Parts news or find store details at www.lordco.com or follow @lordcoparts on Facebook and Instagram.
