Construction of Callahan’s newest industrial building on 250 Beaver Lake Road has started taking form. Callahan Property Group began construction of the first building of this new 35 acre industrial park in the summer and the concrete slab of approximately 60,675 sf was poured earlier this season. The tilt-up of the concrete walls was completed over the course of three days this week.
Demand for industrial property was higher than availability in 2019, this trend is predicted to continue in 2020. New development is greatly anticipated.
