Callahan Property Group is pleased to announce that the new development in West Kelowna at 2525 Ross Road is fully leased and now home to new tenant EMCO HVAC.
EMCO HVAC is a division of EMCO Corporation, one of Canada’s largest integrated distributors of products for the construction industry. The corporation offers a wide range of products in many segments, including plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, fire protection, pumps, and water treatment. EMCO was founded in London, Ontario in 1906 and has grown since to an impressive network of over 250 Profit Centres, distribution warehouses and showrooms across Canada.
Callahan Property Group started construction for the Ross Road development in April 2021. The building is constructed with a structural flexibility front wall, to allow for overhead and storefront modifications. Combined with versatile floor plan lay-outs, the space meets the needs of varying uses. The building features large, providing plenty of natural light and the rear is constructed with dock and grade loading doors.
