This well-established and renowned brand is set to occupy ± 9,750 sq. ft., solidifying its position as another anchor tenant, alongside Save-on-Foods and Shoppers Drug Mart as the third anchor in the retail complex.
Not only is Dollarama a significant draw for shoppers but it will also play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape of the area. There are currently no comparable stores in the various neighbourhoods served by Mission Village, making Dollarama a considerable addition to the community.
With a wide range of products and unbeatable prices, Dollarama adds a valuable layer of variety to the tenant mix, enhancing the overall shopping experience for residents. The construction of the retail development is progressing rapidly, with the site taking on a new shape almost daily. We have paved the majority of the site, landscaping has started, and construction of Dollarama’s building is underway.

The company has quickly been able to move from an office environment to working remotely with limited impact on the people we serve.
