About Sam’s Flooring: Pacific Tackless started in 1970 as a manufacturer of carpet tackstrip on the West Coast of Canada . In 1986 Sam’s Flooring Supplies opened its first retail branch in Langley, BC. Seeing a need in the industry and convenience to their customers they began expanding to cities in the Lower Mainland. Concentrating on the Fraser Valley, Sam’s opened four branches, later expanding to the Okanagan Valley. Sam’s sister company, Economy Floor Supplies, has a location in Richmond and one in Coquitlam.
