New industrial on schedule for delivery in March

The new industrial development on 230 – 250 Beaver Lake Road / Court in Kelowna is on schedule for delivery in March. Building 3 of the new 35-acre industrial park is nearing completion, delivering ± 60,865 sq. ft. of new industrial space to the market. Building 1 and Building 2 are completed and fully leased.

Construction Update: Beaver Lake Road Development

The development of Building 3 is on schedule for delivery in Spring 2021. ± 60,865 sq. ft. of new industrial space under construction. Building 1 and Building 2 at the 35-acre new industrial park are fully leased. Callahan Property Group is now pre-leasing Building-3 for possession in early 2021.

FILL, Kelowna’s Refill Store at Mission Park Shopping Centre is now open. FILL is a refill store that helps make the community more sustainable by reducing plastic. FILL offers a variety of products, from household to personal hygiene products for refilling, and almost all products are Canadian.
