New Tenant: Authentic Stone

Callahan Property Group is excited to welcome new tenant Authentic Stone to Fairfield Park in Central Kelowna. Authentic Stone is fully operational in their new space at 1884 Spall Road, just off Highway 97. This is Authentic Stone’s second location, after operating successfully in the Regina (SK) market for more than 20 years.
New Tenants: Air Liquide & Houle Electric

Callahan Property Group is pleased to announce two exciting new tenants at Keehn Centre on Keehn Road in Kelowna. Houle Electric is now fully operational in unit 180, and Air Liquide in units 117-121 has just completed their tenant improvements and is expected to be open soon.

Construction Update: 245 Beaver Lake Court in Kelowna

Construction of the fourth building at the new 35-acre industrial park in Kelowna is well underway. The ± 44,400 sq. ft. state of the art facility is scheduled for delivery early fall 2021. Leasing is available. Units start at ± 7,500 sq. ft.
