This Tenant Services resource has been made available to you to make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible. As we are a small community at Morris Manor, we take pride in creating a welcoming and happy environment that we can all be a part of.

Our Resident Manager lives at the apartment building & is responsible for managing the day-to-day building maintenance and tenant relations. If you didn’t find the information you are looking for here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Resident Manager who will be happy to help. This is also their home and community, please be respectful of their personal time. All non-emergency requests will be handled during regular business hours.

Emergencies

If you have identified or are a witness to a building emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency contact below and notify your Resident Manager or Building After Hours contact immediately.

In case of a building evacuation, please follow the emergency procedures posted on each floor and gather at a Building Muster Point:

  1. East Parking Lot at Schell Motel
  2. South Parking Lot at Vernon Retirement Home

The following situations are considered an emergency:
• fire, flood or gas leak
• break and enter
• structural damage to building
• medical emergency
